Anyone have better experiences at one over another? Trying to find one that has service deals or incentives.

Can only speak from a service standpoint. Between Team Honda and Richards Honda I would pick Team Honda 10 out of 10 times

I have gone with Richards for several vehicles, new and program, and all have been good. Service was very good as well.
Don't have experience with TEAM but heard they are fine also.
