podcast with the CEO

They're only in Utah right now, but if they branch out and go national this could be very disruptive.

don't wanna pay 6% of your total house price to paper pushing, propaganda vultures?

hopefully this will end that racket.

Kinda.

this seems to be taking FSBO and taking all the leg work out of it for you. Legal/mortgage/inspection/appraisal services all in one nice little box

Pretty easy to do this by yourself.

Yeah, that was my thought. There are people that need help to install a ceiling fan and put together their kids playhouses.

So it doesn't surprise me that people would pay to remove a little stress from their lives.

I would just worry about the level of contractor supplied. I have heard nightmare stories about home warranty contractors.

Can attest. The worst. Tried to use them for two repairs in BR: Icemaker & washer.

Total shite show nightmare from the first call. Took 6 contractors and missed appointments criminals etc before any of it got done.

Total racket.

It is, but the majority of people are lazy and not smart enough to even know where to begin to get this done

Good, I'm glad something like this is working. Hopefully it spreads and they can get past the backlash I'm sure will come from realtors. Would be nice for more people to save money selling their houses and be able to put it into their new home or something else

I may invest a little into this. I'm still upset with myself for not investing in Waitr because I didn't think people would pay $10~for delivery. shite like this just takes off.

"Uber for ____" ... "disrupting x"

Is this an elaborate parody of every other garbage startup?
