He was warned.

A rectangle sign outside a door at the tan-colored raised ranch-style home at the top of Second Street offered a warning: "Never mind the dog. Beware of owner!"
quote:
That sign, at the home of a retired Worcester police officer, is relatively new, according to Danny Arpin, a neighbor who lives a few houses down the street and had not seen it there before.
quote:
When a man trespassed at 27 Second St. early Sunday morning, the man got into a fight with the homeowner, who was trying to escort the man off his property, police said.
quote:
After the trespasser allegedly threatened to shoot the homeowner, the homeowner took out a gun he is licensed to own and fired several rounds at the man.

“Who says beware? Smith, and Wesson, and me.”

Yeah, that kind of behavior is usually frowned upon there.

Now that I know the homeowner is all out of bullets, I might have to pay the house a visit and see if I can snag a new TV.

Opposed to being a stolen gun like all the thugs in the hood have

Well you are being warned. I see no problem with this.

Yep, if he would have complied, he wouldn't have died.

Uhh no, in Massachusetts you have to get a license and register yourself simply to even own a handgun. You don't have to register or have a license for long guns.
MA crazy gun laws

Land of liberty huh?
I find it hilarious when you consider the state motto

By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty
