It needs to be clarified, this is not a home health company employee (like or nurse, etc). This is a "sitter" who you can simply hire off of craigslist or some other website to come and "sit/help" your family member during the day or night. This is why it is very important to do extensive screening or better yet, set up hidden cameras to make sure this isn't happening to your family members.
