That's a Farman F.E.2
It was first used as a fighter but later as recon and night bombers.
It served for the entire war, but had a very short life expectancy in 1918.

I remember hearing about it on the news when they found that one. The aircraft is a American made P-40 Warhawk that was supplied to the British via Lend-Lease. They called it the Kitty Hawk.
