Have lived in my current place for 2.5 years. Yet to meet the neighbors.
Chatty neighbors are a pain in the arse. Borrowing shite and disturbing my peace.
Coming to the door with a super redhawk seems to be effective at discouraging friendly neighbors from previous apartment.

Throw a little neighbor tailgate next game or something. Bring a TV outside. Have some cold ones and some food. Invite the neighbors and them. See if they come. Get to know them. Be good neighbors. Don't be creepy neighbors taking pictures from far away. Make sure she is up close while drinking a beer and watching the game with all the other people.
