There's a copy on my shelf. It's a warrior religion which promotes conversion by the sword, especially in fundamentalist form.

It's funny he called you out like that. I have a feeling that some people who feel that they "know" what Muhammed, or the Koran are at it's core, were fed their verses by someone who wanted a favorable view.

Muhammed was a murderous warlord who had a personal stake in 350-700 beheadings early in his "ministry".

The only time Muhammed advocated peace was before he had a large number followers, then he demanded death for people who didn't succumb to his teachings.

But it was OK for latter texts to wholly contradict previous tenets, well, because he said so.

If you take the pop culture/PC view of the teachings of the Koran as your own idea of it, you are, quite frankly, a dimwit who didn't care enough to see what was coming.

Hahaha, the down votes are hilarious... Sorry, those are the facts. It's not like I drew a picture of the murderous prophet!

Are you serious with this shite?

Anyway, the IRA had way more to do with British colonialism than religion.

And Muslims murdered more people last week than the IRA did in 100 years.

These people will throw something out there like that to try and seem like they have some sort of insight that nobody is bringing up. Obviously they don't know anything about either subject, or tight correlations aren't their thing.

Jesus how can people be so ignorant...

When Cronkite gets to Heaven and interviews God.

Walter: "Would you do anything different?"

God: "I wouldn't make ya'll so damn DUMB!"

Wow, did CAIR write that Wiki page? Guy Fawkes? Seriously? BTW, that's a tiny little web page, which actually defeats your argument rather than support it.

Why don't you google the percentage of terrorist acts performed by Muslims vs. other religions, over the last decade and let me know what the score is?
