Is everyone really this sheltered and paranoid?
Sitting ducks isn't the first thing that pops in my head when I see a large group of Americans, but apparently I'm in the minority.

Talked to my son about it. He is in 9th grade . He said he would like to have armed officers at the school. Said it would make alot of kids feel safer. He also said he doesn't think a walk out will help. Even thinks it would start an issue with some kids at school. He said if it gets messy he will go to the locker room and nap. Ill admit he gets along with mostly everyone because he minds his own business

If it's going to be a protest, it needs to be an organic protest not dictated by some spineless principals. They can't tell students it's okay if they walkout between 12 and 1, and then punish someone who decides to walkout at 11 in protest of whatever.
