First off, you need to work on your reading comprehension because at no point, was this person ever transgendered. The OP put it on the title which is misleading.
Your statement that Progressives think it’s acceptable for young girls to get assaulted when it’s done by trans persons, is so disgusting, intellectually dishonest and lazy, I can’t believe I actually responded to such a shitty thing to say. The policy was to allow transpersons to use the bathroom of their identity. This kid slipped through the cracks and sexually assaulted a girl. Not because he was trans, but because he’s a serial sex offender. Regardless of the bathroom, it’s been reported he did this in a classroom and places other.
As far as the makeup of the school board, I don’t know their political stance. I don’t know why it wasn’t reported. Nor have I seen anything regarding the identity of the perpetrator other than what the father of the victim is telling us, because I’m not seeing that information.

Liberal policies such as this are allowing rape, if you support those types of policies, you are indirectly complicit in the rape of that student. The school board was abhorrent in their cover up and need to be sued and jailed.

eta: Other than Big Ol Brenda of course. I think we can all safely assume her political stances based on her weight, glasses, and haircut.
eta2: on 2nd thought. Jeff Morse has likely played a few skin flutes in a school bathroom or janitors closet.

I support bathroom policies for trans people. Those policies are meant to protect transpersons from violence. In this case, a non-trans serial rapist did this, not a group of trans people. That kid should have never have been in there, he’s not trans.

The school districts in SW Washington have inclusive trans bathroom policies, and those school boards are pretty blue color/gop heavy. The red counties here do that.

I’m still learning about the incident and you seem like you’ve done some initial research, but the rapist in question:
a) this wasn’t his first offense?
b) he(it) was wearing a dress at the time?

From my understanding is that this was not his first offense and that he was at another school and committed a similar crime.
The victim’s father reported that he was wearing a skirt and sometimes wore dresses. It has not been reported elsewhere by official sources. This is from what I’ve read.

the outcome of this incident is terrible, clearly. the parents have every right to be infuriated with the school board and school for attempting to cover this up. i hope they sue the piss out of both.
but i’m now curious as to the his prior offenses. was there a pattern? why was he back amongst the normal student body population? what was his punishment for the prior offenses. etc.
