Kemper. I'll echo the earlier guy. She is great, but her show on Netflix is pretty overrated. I couldn't get through more than 4-5 episodes. The entire supporting cast was very annoying.
Plaza is the definition of 'tryhard'. Watching her on the media circuit killed any attraction that developed from Parks and Rec. Doesn't take away from her looks though.

I live by Ellie Kemper and see her at the playground regularly with her son. She’s an amazingly nice, down to earth person, but she’s pretty average looking when she’s not all dolled up.
