I was obviously joking but over 10 of my FB friends have sent him cards and based on the comments on their pages I have seen 100s of people sending him cards. I would bet he gets over 50,000 cards and I think that is conservative.

There is literally no way he will be open all of the toys he gets, much less play with them. At this point I would try to find another kid that is sick and donate to them if you are looking to do something nice!
