Help Me Pick a New Car

Just got a new job in a (fairly) new city, and they will pay $600/mo towards my car note. What kind of car should I get in that price range (yeah I'm OT poor, I'm aware)?
I would prefer it to be an SUV or car, not a truck.
And FWIW I really don't care if it's a brand new car. Certified Pre-Owned would probably be preferred honestly.

Be sure to figure in insurance, maintenance, tires, etc. Are they paying your gas too? That $600.00 won't go that far these days.

Need more info. What is it for? What type of city? What kind of stuff are you involved in.
I would only get an SUV, but that's just me. I think the best all around value in a nice, but not absurd SUV would be the Acura MDX. But again, depends on what you're hoping to accomplish.

Yes. Insurance and the like will all be on me.

In Boston, I live in the city itself. It will be for traveling around the northeast for work (governmental consulting) and driving around clients (generally legislators).

Why don't you get the beamer shipped up to you and just pocket the $600? Or use it for strippers and blow.

Only if he wants to wait a month or so for the 2015s to be released.

How do I know you?
And I sold it when I moved so that's unfortunately not an option.
