Helicopter flying low near Lexington Estates

Live in Lexington Estates and there is a helicopter flying low back and forth from East to west. Anyone know what’s going on? Seems to be flying over the undeveloped land between Lexington Estates and Bluebonnet. Is this normal for developing of new neighborhoods and what not?
