Heater kicking on then kicking off after about 5 minutes

Any ideas on what the problend could be? Already cleaned the heat sensor and that didn't work.

Try adjusting the thermostat.

If it's a gas heater, probably a safety sensor for incomplete combustion. May have a crack in your heater.

It's your sensor, it needs to be replaced, happend to mine. $200

Mine does this. Clogged condensate filter/ drain.

Had the same issue a while back and it was a pressure switch. It has a rubber hose running from the switch to the fan motor and if there is any kind of obstruction like dust or fuzz it wouldn't allow the burner to kick on. Pull the hose off blow through it and take something small and stick through the hole going to the fan motor to clear any obstruction. Mine is a gas unit though and be sure to flip the breaker first before you do any work.
