I know they produce heat but what is normal? Mine produces a considerable amount it would seem. I put a thermometer on mine ( the type that sticks on a window with a suction cup so it isn't directly touching the screen. The current temp is 103. is this normal?

I know this probably belongs on the tech board but I looked and that board is getting no traffic. If you must move it so be it.

That’s high. TV is about to burn up. The liquid cooler is probably stuck. You need to give it a light/medium spritz of water through the vents

Damn that’s high. None of mine put off hardly any. I do have a plasma that’s older that puts off a good bit of heat but not like that.

I can feel the heat on mine if I put my hand 3-4 inches away from the screen but it’s nothing close to 100+

You assholes are retarded. Your 98.6 degree hand says your screen isn't near 100?

OP, lick your screen. If it tastes salty, you have a bad Golgi apparatus. Wal-Mart has them on sale.

You better prepare that Fetzer valve with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads.

I would think hyperglotus valve is stuck. Needs removal and cleaned with diptherium grease and reinstalled.

If Tylenol doesn’t do it, alternate with Motrin every 4 hours until it cools down.
