I believe all women do like boundaries to be pushed. But unless you're into safe words, that requires finesse.
I'm blunt. I ask or test. It's easy to see if a woman likes her hair pulled or being spanked. It's an entirely different matter to see she wants to be held by her throat with her mouth covered while doing rather rough anal from behind.
I certainly don't see why it would be so difficult to ask in a professional setting. Both parties should have some clear lines from the start.
