Nothing that can't be replaced but the feeing still sucks. Not really a "violation" like a home break-in, but more of a nuisance where you shake your head and realize somewhere out there is a true POS human being. I'm mad.

People stealing your mail from the mailbox is worse in my opinion.

Stealing packages always struck me as such an odd crime, especially considering you have no idea what you are stealing and most streets have houses with surveillance these days

Nah. Nothing expensive. It would be easier if this were through Amazon but I'm already in talks with the vendor for a resolution.

Bait 'em next time by sealing your feces in an appealing package. Or, you could just put some anthrax in there...but that's only if you're looking for a more permanent solution.

I recently purchased something off of eBay from a guy in Colorado. It was in a smaller package and lightweight. The bottom of my package was cut open but the item I ordered was still in there. Only thing I can think of is that the mailman thought I had some potz in there and was gonna steal it if I did. Long story short, I wouldn't rule out the mail carriers.

any thief just pisses me off...hopefully, he does this to some good ol boy who catches him and puts a baseball bat to his head.

Not sure if it's an option for you, but I get all of my shite shipped to the office. I don't trust the heathens out there.

Hell, UPS is bad enough. They said they lost my 130lb 6ft heavy bag, after it was already on the truck for delivery in BR. Lost it.

Luckily it is an option and will be happening in the future

I would love to see some hidden camera video of boobytrapped packages being stolen.

Doesn't need to be harmful. Just exploding die packs, loud alarms, pepper spray, the sound of a pump shotgun, or the like would make for fun viewing.

My butler always signs for my shite. Plus the UPS has to get buzzed into the gate.

They hate heavy packages, I had a truck mat that was pretty heavy and they beat it's box to hell and back.

I'm sure they do, that's why I worked from home the day it was supposed to arrive. And the next 3 days it was "on the truck for delivery." I was going to help them get it off the truck and into the house. It's a bitch to move with one person. Heavy and awkward.

I wouldn't have given two shits if they kicked the shite out of the heavy bag from the shipment center to my front door. That's what it's for.

ETA: And Amazon's customer service is unrivaled.

One of the reasons I live in suburbia is to avoid shite like that.

Especially when it's an ounce of weed and some homebaked brownies that your sister in law sent you from Colorado. Someone hit the jackpot at my expense.
