It’s going to be 7 weeks this Friday since my procedure.Shouldn’t everything be healed up by now?

I don’t dispute the fact that TURP is more effective than PAE in terms of the indicators you list. My point is that the OP might want to have a fully functional snake and his urologist might not present PAE as an option if it is not offered at his clinic. Mine offered only RASP as an alternative, but the 9-1-21 Journal of Urology shows essentially equivalent outcomes for RASP and PAE.

OP already had surgery 3 years ago. Literally before the article you are citing was published. This was a random bump.

Please show me the incidence of erectile dysfunction after bladder outlet procedures.

Also, I'd like to know what paper you're referencing regarding efficacy versus robotic simple prostatectomy.
