Yes. In the early 80s State played football games in Jackson. We went to a game and then partied at the reservoir until 2ish. Headed back to Starkville and about 1/2 way we realize that we needed gas. There was not a single 24 hour gas station between Jackson and Starkville. We made it to the next little town store and parked at the gas pump and went to sleep until they opened.

Yes. The worst time I was on my way to the court house with 5000 dollars for a fine. It turned out that I didn't have to pay it. On the way home I ran out of gas. My cousin and I got into a fistfight on the side of the road.

It was 1990 and I had gotten busted with some x and I was told to be prepared to pay a 5000 dollar fine.

I ran out of diesel literally when I parked the truck at my apartment. I had my work truck there and a gas can and filled it up. Then spent the next 15 minutes priming the fuel line. Good times...

Yes, two miles from the Niceville exit on the way to Destin at 11:30 at night. There is a lot of uphill in that stretch FYI.

One time and it sucked. My boss at that time came by and stopped and helped me out. He then gave me the lecture about it was better and just as economical to fill up every time instead of just putting in five dollars worth. Good advise that I have heeded after all these years.
