I just counted that I apparently have 17 bottles of hot sauce in my house right now, and I actually just ordered 3 the other day that are on their way. 2 bottles of hot ones hot sauce and 1 bottle of queen majesty charcoal ghost. A lot of them came in a variety pack that I got in a white elephant game at christmas. Still I might have a problem.

I shite you not, I just got halfway through making chili and realized we didn't have any. So I doubled down on cayenne.

But it's weird that you made this thread, especially since I can't ask neighbors to borrow stuff like that anymore

No, I put hot sauce on everything. I have 4 bottles just on my dining table just for regular consumption

Crystal extra hot is my go-to. Then zatarains actually makes a damn tasty hot sauce, but not very hot. Frank's red hot is another go-to. And Louisiana.
