I stopped having to wait around to see the doctor years ago. Just schedule your appoint at 4:40 p.m. (in my doctor's case) or whatever the last appointment time of the day is. It's amazing how efficient the doctors and their staff get when its time to go home.

My primary care doc, dentist all look like they are maybe 19. It freaks me out, yet one of my kids will be a doc soon...


So I am old.

My doc tells me to call his nurse 30 minutes before my appointment so she can tell me how late he is running. I usually call and they tell me he is ____ behind and to call back in _____ time. He is almost always late but I rarely spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room due to the calling ahead. I do have to say, he never rushes me out, he will spend an hour or more if necessary.

I like CVS's Minute Clinic you can hold your place online and time it where you walk in and see the doc.

Yes. I do commercial HVAC and love making them "sweat it out" wondering when their shite is getting fixed....Unless I actually like them.
