When I was younger Dogs were the family pet..but not worth more than a human life...But as I have gotten older and had more experiences..I'll be damned if a dog's life isn't worth more than some human's life. This guy is a POS and should be held accountable... To what extent I don't know but I hope the judge knows.

When I was about 12, I was quail hunting with my dad and a few of his clients. One of the clients had a hunt rig with dog boxes and probably 4 or 5 German short hairs and a few spaniels. He had 1 of the GSPs that was constantly running off and he kept cussing him and whining about how much he had spent on training, kenneling, ect.
When we were done with the hunt he was tending to them; watering, pulling thorns, and what not and that same dog nips at him while he was trying to get some thorns out of him. He cussed one more time walked to his truck cab and back and put a bullet in that dog right there in front of everyone. I was in shock and kept asking what was going on. After things settled down dad quietly and away from everyone else asked the guy to leave. He was apologetic and quickly left. Dad told me later he lost him as a client and was fine with it. It shook me up for a while.

I would have shot that POS on the spot.
I would say he went nuts shot his dog and when I confronted him he turned the gun on me so I had to defend my self and shoot him 13 times in the dick.
