Those are full-auto 7.62mm if it's the m-16. they go for 27-32k. Thats a LOT more gun than frat boys buying AR-15s from Cabelas.
I imagine he paid market plus premium to get everything expedited.
People acting like rich folks don't pay huge premiums for fancy cars to have them delivered in half the time.

My sister makes a small fortune each year just because she able to buy high end cars in advance of most folks and sells them a hefty premium. 20-50k over all the time. its usually athletes buying them up most of the time.
