I'm assuming if i win the bid i can send the seller the license and ask him to ship to the FFL address. Is that correct? (does the seller also needs a proof of an FFL before he ships the item?)

The seller will need a copy of the FFL where it is to be shipped. Usually the seller and the dealer will work this out. The only address the seller is allowed to send the firearm to is the one on the FFL. By the letter of the law, they are also to use the ATFs FFL EZ check to verify the FFL is valid as fraudulent documents have been known to be a problem.

Very Legit. I bought form a Texas dealer a "redbox SIg" Sig 226 in Sig .357 for under $500.00, shipped it the local range and they only charged $25 bucks to process it. Redbox means its a police duty firearm but refurbished from head to toe and by Sig and they give a warrnty with it too.

\GMan be very happy. Should a bout two.

All my used gun buys are just by waiting out Armslist and meeting at the Applebee's so I don't have to bother at a FFL. Even though we bypass NICS here with the CCW.

Anything new you can find elsewhere with less hassle.

Let me guess, you want to use the gun show loophole so you can buy a fully auto assault rifle with a 100 round clip with highly pointed bullets so you and you’re buddies can go hunt “looters”

Nice try friendo, I just reported this thread to the atf

I don't know about MN but in many states, private party sales are completely unregulated and there are no shortage of outdoor classifieds out there, if you aren't too picky about having some specific make/model/feature and you want to get something today.

Just ask any of your Democrat friends about taking advantage of the internet gun purchase loophole. They will inform you how to get it sent directly to your house without an FFL or background check.

It’s so easy... just ask them.
