I did it and it was well worth the money. But that sort of stuff interests me.

It is very accurate. Hooked me up with some distant cousins that I contacted via email. We established the connections pretty easily.

As for the government getting the results it can and does not even need a search warrant. But why worry? If the government wants someones DNA then you'd have to be a fool to think that it could not be done by tomorrow afternoon.

Is the Mormon church behind this? I know they operate other popular ancestry websites.

You can also download your test results and run this Promethease report that will compare your genes to a database of medications, diseases, etc. and you will be amazed at what it will tell about your health and the probabilities of you having certain allergies, cancer, diseases and other conditions etc.

Here's the deal that can save you a lot of money. We all came from Adam and Eve, there was incest involved. Yep. That's why we're all fricked up. And I am black and we are related.

Did 23andme because I wanted the health info. It was pretty cool. 23andme has sales a few times a year- $150 down from $200. Worth it.

What health info does it give?`

I think they used to give a lot more, but the FDA shut about 50% of it down. I know the state already has my DNA, so that's not a big deal for me. That's just a lot of money to be paying.

All I need to know is that I'm American by birth, Southern by the grace of God
