Alright, so cuba isn't top of the list. Had a hunch that was the case. I'd rather go to s. america myself but my buddy is talking cuba.

No Cuba is at the top. I thought you were asking about places in just Central and South America

I'm sure it has been posted, but going there from Mexico is not a problem and Cuba will not stamp your passport if you're American...so I'm told.
