From what i've heard/read you need to also appear in court and testify against him leading to a conviction to get $$$

How bad do you want the money? Go park outside the hospital for, wait for him to get discharged, follow him back to wherever when he leaves, get the address, and call back crime stoppers with your new non-hospital address, $$profit$$

They identify you by a PIN #
Once it’s determined you get paid they tell you a bank to go to, you give them your PIN & they pay cash
