This. Every test was 9 HW problems, and 1 problem that was different. You were allowed to bring in one page for notes/equations. HW problems on that page = A in the class.
You also get to use your book for graphs and charts, so you can usually find out how to do the last question.

Damn. My thermo test were two maybe three problems. You got to use your book. Granted you didn't have remotely enough time to actually learn how to do a problem. It was mostly for enthalpy tables and such. I've still got my thermo book with all those tables booked marked with reference tabs. Just in case I ever take the PE and think I need it.

You will have another book for that. I am doing testmasters for ME PE in March, they give you everything you need for the exam.

If there are old test, your classmates have them. Ask around, communicate with them, that's what half of passing engineering classes is all about.

Problem is Guo hasn't taught 2334 in 5 or more years. So, nobody currently at LSU has had him. That why I post on this board about it. Guys who took it in 2005-2010.

You guys talking about study strategies reminds me of my time at Tech. Granted, I didnt make it, and wound up getting a Physics degree.
However, I will admit that my degree in Physics has helped significantly in my graduate studies for EE/Materials.
