Why they so angry all the time?

I remember they used to sell their newspaper, an apple, an orsnge, and a bean pie all for $1 on Florida Blvd in BR. I used to get a black guy to pick a bag up for me every morning. I worried they might give me some kind of special fruit if you know what I mean.

they used to sell brooms too.they would turn their backs on you if they did not want to sell to you.
