I got invited to one this Sunday because a coworker of mine is displaying some of his antiques there. Not too jazzed up about it though. Apparently these are big deals in the antique world, and there are a lot of antique podcast hosts who attend and discuss the different pieces that are on display.

Are you sure you don't mean Antiques Roadshow?

Do people put a saddle on old chester drawers and pretend it's bucking them off?

Now that's something you don't hear everyday Comes from the term "chest of drawers" but southern folk say "chester drawers". I heard that a lot growing up.

Hardest part of an antique rodeo? Getting the saddles on those little collectible spoons that every old lady has.

You never heard the word chester drawer? Sounds like you were deprived of hearing old women talk about their furniture.
