Yes, bought a Black Friday warranty from Amazon that covered all electronics that I purchased through Amazon. So all purchases during a year time period were covered for 2 years. It cost $70.
I also bought one of my sons friends who was going away to college a laptop on the same day. A year later he sent me the laptop back saying it quit working and the thing looked like it had been drug behind a truck. It was replaced with a newer model no questions asked.

Bought a 5 year one on a refrigerator and the inside door ice maker went out at the 4 year and 10 month mark. Worked out perfect.
