You are missing the entire point of this situation. You are taking the angle of physically restraining someone to perform sex acts. This entire situation with this dude is not about that. It’s using his position to intimidate and pressure these women to get them to do what he wants.

What I would like to know regarding Harvey Weinstein is how many women did he proposition that gladly gave him what he wanted so they could get a roll in one of his shows or movies. Everyone is coming out claiming they told him no. Something tells me the creepy bastard was successful more times than not in getting 'consent'.

This chick accepted that this was a part of getting to be cast (she went back after the first incident) and then jumped on the victim bandwagon. You don't get to go along with it to gain the fame and then claim abuse. She didn't "need" to be famous, she "wanted" to be, so she accepted the barriers of entry.
I have no doubt he forcibly raped some women and he should rot in jail for it, but when you accept this behavior to gain acceptance in an industry, you lose your right to play victim. Forced cunnilingus my arse.

Why didn't the woman just not have sex with him, and found a job elsewhere?
While i'm sure some of the allegations are true, does the woman not bear any responsibility? How many of these accusers used their body to get a job, but now regret it? Why is it the man is the bad guy, when the woman is equally culpable.
Now be honest, do you really think that women do not use their bodies to get what they want, especially in Hollywood? And save the virtue signaling for someone else, no one cares about your faux outrage, just answer the question. Is it possible, that maybe the women knew exactly how Weinstein is, and rolled with it because they really wanted that job? Sure Weinstein is scum, but they weren't forced to take that job. Many of these accuser, i'm sure, are just having buyer's remorse. They traded away their virtue for fame and fortune. Does that really surprise anyone especially considering the soulless nature of Hollywood?
And, FWIW, the logistics of this particular allegation is a bit hard to believe.
And for the morons who can't think critically, no i do not support Weinstein or anyone who abuses their position of power to prey on women.
