Bull shite. As another poster noted, there's plenty of legit things to bust on NOLA for, but this is not one of them.
You're aware, aren't you, that upon learning of the collapse, everyone involved instantly lawyered up? Any where in America, not just NOLA, the situation would be frustrating cluster-frick.
