True story... dated his niece a few times in Houston back in the late 90s. Chuck's brother lived next door to a good family friend. Her name was Karen Yeager and she was smoking hot. Liked to drink and party. Once wore electric blue panties and was fit and tan.

My ex’s friend was much older than my ex. They were both real estate agents in Antelope Valley, although my ex didn’t move there until the Happy Bottoms Riding Club was history.
