Guys with earrings

For straight guys, why? What makes them want an earring (the little shiny ones, not the big ol holes in the ear)? I don't get why they'd want a cute, sparkly little stud in the ear.

I wore diamond studded earrings in college for a while... its just personal preference. The college girls loved it.

I don't particularly care for it and don't ever see myself (straight) piercing my ears but I don't fret about other guys' stylistic, fashion, or bodily choices.
