What's wrong with your wife making more than you?

I use that phrase because, despite it being our money, I'm the one who goes up to the dealership to haggle for a good price for the car and trade in.

You are so very correct. My wife is a very strong person and an amazing mother (no pics) and we are very happy. That said, she has the financial sense of a 16 yr old girl. We have to keep our finances separate because we nearly divorced over it years ago. She spends hers and I spend mine. I haven't seen her checking account balance in 15 years. There are many different ways of handling finances... It's up to the couple to decide what works for them.
