Bottoms was in the streets preying on people. Alton was selling CD's in a store parking lot. He should've never gotten the gun or if he did he should've never told anyone that he had it. The bottoms boys were infinitely worse than Alton.

Now how many crimes is that in this thread alone. We need a big time steroid shot to our prison and rehab system or we will have one of these types on every single block. Crime is just a way of life for them. And they arent good at it. And the justice system is not very good at detaining them nor rehabilitating them either.
