Guy generally speaking the truth. Like others have said its more of a class thing than a race thing but it seems that a dispraportionate number of blacks are in a lower class...

There is truth in what he said but the reason that property value typically drops is when someone sells cheap and you get a shitty family in the neighborhood. If homes are selling for 75k in a neighborhood while there are surrounding neighborhoods holding at 250k, you will get families that can afford the home at those neighborhoods.
Ironically, the worst vandalism that I ever had on a job site was in an all white and very high dollar neighborhood. Someone climbed under the excavator and cut every single line that they could see from the bottom and bled out about 75 gallons of diesel fuel and 50 gallons of hydraulic. No way they could have done this without being covered top to bottom in oil and fuel so a good parent would have chewed their arse and sent them over to be dealt with.

He may be biased, but not racist. The truth is the truth. When I was young, Glen Oaks was a great neighborhood, as was the Istrouma area. Now, look at it. Is it generalizing and racist to state that these areas are now unsafe, trashed out and ruined? I grew up in a working class, blue collar family, but we always tried to make our house, yard and neighborhood nicer than when we moved in.

This. All day long. Facts are not prejudice, and truth isnt racist. There have been a lot of ate up white folk in the past. I am not going to make excuses about it. I'm going to work hard and make sure I am not part of the problem. One side of the aisle has mostly missed that concept.

I was talking about fore knowledge. The poster asked how whites could tell if a black person will be a good neighbor. You can just get to know them like you would anyone else.

I don't know. My grandmother tells me when the nola projects opened up EVERYONE wanted in. They were nice apartments and initially filled with white people. At some point they turned black and became disgusting. In the nola projects at least, no one PUT blacks into the ghetto; blacks made it ghetto. Which seems to be what happens even today every time a neighborhood or town turns black.

Telling it like it is brah! Here a multi miion dollar new city school was built several years ago and the inside looks like shite after a 96% minority student population attendance.

Why would anyone want an AA in their neighborhood after we all saw the damage that was done to Baltore and Fergursan? Sounds like people don't want to worry about their houses getting burned down and looted in their neighborhoods. Every race has bettered themselves except AA. Stop making accuses and blaming others for AA problems. Prove to everyone that y'all can better yourselves and things like this won't happen.
