The 2JZ came in normally aspirated and turbo versions. The 2JZ-GTE is the turbo version and the 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-FSE are normally aspirated.
I don't think the FSE was ever imported to the US, the GE was used in the Supra and Lexus IS, GS, SC. The GTE only came to the US in the Turbo Supra.
