I think you're taking this too seriously. KFC is a New Yorker who just shits on anyone and anything. He's a hater. This is more about him running with anything he had to bring negative attention to this chick because she's annoying.
Now you can call it prog and lib and all that, and sure he absolutely is, but this is pretty on brand for him to get into Twitter wars with people over things that may or may not even be true. I don't think that's inherently liberal, but more inherently a hater New Yorker with a bigger microphone.

It’s more just lambasting OwheelO for bringing this falsehood here and brandishing it as truth. Then his subsequent claiming he’s some sort of middle of the road arbiter that is better than all of us.
Although it is telling that with all the fake news, they don’t learn their lesson.
I hope this chick sues them like the Covington Catholic kid is suing them.
