Strength is a useful trait at any age. I expect to attain swole status within the next 6 months at age 45.

I’m switching to German Volume Training on Friday.

Say hello to your wife for me.

I'm sorry your order of "average man testosterone" injections didn't come in this week. Squat or GTFO.

Everybody know being steroids big at that age isn’t considered attractive. Probably something is lacking elsewhere or the “boyfriend” in a homosexual relationship. Who cares

I'm nearly 50 and I do work out but it doesn't have anything to do with what you young guys call "swole".

I work out in order to keep my back etc from hurting. I've proven it to myself many times that if I keep everything in good shape I have less general old age type pain.

I’m at the gym now. 41 - I work out so my clothes fit better trying to avoid looking like a slob without a shirt on.

Have we gotten to the point in a society where we are complaining now about people being in too good of shape?

A meathead isnt what I would call in good shape

They would die trying to run a mile

They slowly walk up an inclined treadmill while drinking their gallon of water

So basically, yes we're to the point of complaining people for being in shape.

Once again no.

We are complaining about huge meatheads, not people in shape

And I for one am making fun of them. Not complaining. They bring simple joy to my life

How many bandanas does the average meathead own to workout in?

I noticed about 2-3 years ago lifting heavy aint possible without a bandanna
