which grocery store is that? i will be happy to patronize it.

i wind up in the express line with a few more than 15 items because the two safeways by my house will have one express line open and a self checkout open. the self checkout is a joke if you have produce or bring your own bags, or even place your item in the bagging area before the computer is ready for it. so when those are my only choices and the store won't open any other lanes, i chill in the express line with my full basket.

AG store outside of BR. When I am put in your position though I do the exact same thing. I consider it a management problem, not my problem. Open more lanes.

Take a phone pic of their basket so that they see you, and say out loud "Facebook is not going to be happy about this."
