No, nothing like that.
It was back when he was trying to make hay locally out of the Alton Sterling bullshite IIRC. He strongarmed Whitney somehow (why he selected them and didn't bother with anyone else, I'm less clear on), and they caved to the tune of $30k. I'm guessing there's ZERO accounting of where that scratch ever actually went...most likely (at least in part) to Gravy's Little Debbie habit.
