He may be a douchey snake oil salesman but the guy knows how to motivate. I recommend The 10x Rule if you need a reminder to get off your arse and accomplish something.

Don't kid yourself, if he wasn't making a killing form selling his shite, he wouldn't be doing it.
A lot of those deals he has other investors and debt.
I'd bet he makes ATLEAST 50% of his income from selling shite vs. the real estate.
