Yup. Went to Red River to dance and it was arse to arse packed. So many damn people you could taste the covid, and no one gave a shite.

I haven’t been to a Houston bar or restaurant (in the loop) yet that didn’t care about the mask mandate. I’d imagine they’ll virtue signs for a bit longer.

Lets freaking go.

I just got banned on twitter I think for good, but at least my state is no longer forcing unconstitutional mandates.

Really wanting to hit up Houston soon, but my favorite spots I'd like to revisit are fairly progressive from what I can tell on IG.

That’s the thing the doomers will ignore. We haven’t really been shutdown since around late summer.

20th street bars in the heights on college football Saturday’s were popping. Basically anywhere that has crawfish was packed last weekend, which is every bar.

Well me either because they didn't want to get fined and or shut down. Now that they don't have to, not many will. Some still will, sure, but on a large scale you'll see no mask requirements.

Abbot finally finally picked up on what Florida has been doing? Let business choose whether or not to have masks. What a novel concept.

I’d visit. It’s definitely more lively than anywhere in Louisiana. I’m complaining about masks but you only have to wear them when entering or exiting.

Hughie’s is the only place that I’ve been to that is still strick on Covid. The virus went thru the kitchen early on and think got some people really sick.

Every where else I’ve been to is basically the same but with the window dressing of a mask and less tables

Going to be a lot of virtue signaling from inner loop businesses over the next few days.
