Kelly shite the bed, so the contract was horrible for that time period. Seems he was not liked in any parameter of the job.
Players dont play for old screaming farts anymore, especially when losing.
Kiffin has quite a better offensive mind and was the highest sought after coach in America. Kelly wasn't. So 4vyears later we get a better coach for the same money? Sounds like a win to me
