Don’t blame the cop for your stupidity. You drink and drive you get punished.

Stealing what from you? Money that you had to pay because you decided to make a dumb choice and drive after drinking?

Me either.
That is what lot of people thought right before they blew a .08 or more, it doesn't matter if you think you are fit to drive, only what the machine says.

We don't charge the poors when they have kids they can't afford
Rules are to tight based on MADD biased studies, and poor equipment

Do some more thorough research and provide some empirical evidence
0.04-0.06 BAC: Feeling of well-being, relaxation, lower inhibitions, sensation of warmth. Euphoria. Some minor impairment of reasoning and memory, lowering of caution. Your behavior may become exaggerated and emotions intensified (Good emotions are better, bad emotions are worse)
0.07-0.09 BAC: Slight impairment of balance, speech, vision, reaction time, and hearing. Euphoria. Judgment and self-control are reduced, and caution, reason and memory are impaired, .08 is legally impaired and it is illegal to drive at this level. You will probably believe that you are functioning better than you really are.
0.10-0.125 BAC: Significant impairment of motor coordination and loss of good judgment. Speech may be slurred; balance, vision, reaction time and hearing will be impaired. Euphoria.
0.13-0.15 BAC: Gross motor impairment and lack of physical control. Blurred vision and major loss of balance. Euphoria is reduced and dysphoria (anxiety, restlessness) is beginning to appear. Judgment and perception are severely impaired.

Its funny bc here in Africa you can drink and drive all u want and not have to live in fear of the cops, guess there is more freedom here than in the US

Well, most of all I would like the lawmakers put in jail for legalizing theft and making laws detrimental to society.
As i said earlier in the thread MADD individuals are less to blame as they are emotionally irrational here

Well sounds like most of the OT should reside in Africa.
But you don’t have to fear cops if you don’t break the law. It’s a really simple concept.

Everyone thinks it should be illegal
We have let MADD drive the ship on what
Breathilizer is for 165 pound man
There is alot of issues in the process
I would like to see BAC blood test be the standard. .009 or .01 be limit no wiggle room

Meh. you'll get offered PTI. You'll have to do a counseling session, go to a class at the court house, some hrs of community service, and pay a fee. Will cost you ~$1500.
Pre Trial all said and done was $10k for me (lawyer fees obviously taking up a good chunk, but not $9500).
Only way you’re getting off with $1k or so is by doing Article 894.

How so? Is there bad case law and such, yes. But to be irrational and fear every cop is asinine. Probably have been arrested and feared you’ll get caught again.

I agree. I think everyone should have the right to request blood.

It depends on state I think in alot you don't have the right I believe
I made stupid mistake at 20 - I wasn't shite hammered but shouldn't have been driving in retrospect. I paid for it rightful so.
That said breathilizer I took was built for 165 pound man. I was 275. The police threw away manual so lawyers can't question it.
Basically also if you have a stigmatism you are SOL bc the eyes don't lie is taught to the cops.
