No doubt. But this advertising arms race will end up with somebody in trouble.

he also paints himself as a bible thumper, aren't you supposed to give away pretty much all of your shite Gordon? So 97 bikes when you spend God knows how much on fricking billboards does seem a tad cheap, especially to pat yourself on the back about

know someone who worked there when he was in law school, guy asked Gordon some law question for a class and his response was basically I know nothing about the law, you're asking the wrong guy.

Not surprising. He’s a marketer, not a true lawyer.

The fact that he’s taking 10k cases and settling them super quick would concern me if I were his lender. You can make that pay, but you need one hell of a lot of them.

I know a lot of small trial attorneys are closing up shop and going to work for him and the Dudley and the Debosier as well as Spencer. Those guys are hurting the small firms.

Morris is getting pretty old. That brand will not last long after he is gone. So there is room for big marketers.

The 18 wheeler angle is good but everybody else has caught on now. (Big rigs have to carry one million in insurance; Joe Citizen can have 20k limits).

There is room for little guys with deep local connections if they play it right. And there may be a backlash market for good cases.

I dont think you guys realize what it does for the image of this state to have injury lawyers taking up 75% of the advertising space on the highways - I travel all over the country and have heard negative comments about the plague of BIG RIG WRECK? from Lake Chuck to Slidell.

At least $150k a month in advertising including TV and radio

How in the absolute hell is this guy making that much money off of car wreck lawsuits??? $1.8 mil a year just on advertising? That just seems outrageous.

And to the douchebag with the helipad, where in the hell does he have to be where he needs a helipad? I level of doucheness is unreal.

Volume. It’s that simple.

He only needs $4.5 in settlements to cover the advertising nut (which is prolly more than 1.8, but let’s use that). Ten good 18 wheeler cases a year would do it.

You can’t even fathom until you’ve met this dickbag in person. I’m betting with a name like Spencer, his little chubby cheeks that suggest he was a childhood butterball and a voice that still hasn’t changed, he got his arse whipped on the playground on the regular and he’s getting his revenge suing anyone and everyone. An ego that has no bounds.

And I’m pretty sure all of these crooks finished so far at the bottom of their class in law school and couldn’t be real lawyers, although in Gordon’s case, he was born into it.

Why would MoBarts lawyer be driving for Uber?

I’ve met him in person and you’re exactly right about him being a dickbag. His wife is pretty smoking though. Goes to show you what money will buy when it comes to females.

Because he pays so little. That’s my guess.

When I'm on I-10, I don't look at that shite. I'm too busy watching traffic and avoiding accidents.

We had a small accident in the parking lot of my work, Dude backed into a car, barely tapped this woman's car.

On our video surveillance, the woman pulled out her cell phone the minute she was hit and called Gordon McKernan. She came out of the car with a limp, true story. I know it because Gordon McKernan sent a letter to us requesting video footage.

He can have the free Gordon Safe car kits.

Comes complete with disposable camera, Gordon signal similar to Batman bat signal for use at night, and legal contracts for you to sign while he is on his way to the accident scene.
