Google and alphabet are basically the same thing. The current CEO of alphabet, was promoted from CEO of Google.

Alphabet vs. Google not a big deal, but only bring trialed in the Bay Area is pretty significant. Means for 99% of the people watching, the website is not remotely ready.

Google could scale that shite no problem if it works; it's google's IP (alphabet) and they can use whatever resources needed. Having all the local drive thrus set up to make use of it is a much more enormous challenge.
