Which means any subject whose answer can be slanted towards a favorable left wing cause, will be.

"Learn to code."
Was there anything that Democrat POS was right about?

I have ...quite... a bit of experience in coding and debugging (ASM, C, C++, .Net languages) and find AI is almost completely useless. First off, it is not really "AI" - it is an LLM and if you don't understand the difference, you shouldn't be discussing it's value. LLMs are just data analytics at scale, where everything relies on correctly tagging data with the appropriate metadata. This is why these "AI" tools do not and cannot ever create anything new; they are just statistic based data retrieval of already existing possible solutions to your query.
Doing a small project that AI gives you an answer for? That's because there already is a project that does that - you just haven't searched for it. Large project with new challenges to be resolved? Have fun debugging the nonsense code or calls to APIs that don't exist (that of course would actually implement the challenging code you were asking it to write in the first place).
People championing "AI" are just people that ether invested in it or never knew how to code to begin with - ya know, the guys who'd download a github repro, change some text, build, and say they 'wrote their own app' on a resume (then crack like an egg when I ask them to write a line of code on the board in an interview).

Lol ok. I just imagined all the great stuff I've done with AI. If I was a real computer scientist I would spend months building and debugging code manually.
What are you so scared of?

AI will be completely producing movies in seconds in the near future.
It will be able to write the script, create and design all the images, then give it to us in 8k in seconds.
This is the reality of the near future.
You will be able to sit at home and ask Google to create a movie for you for 50 bucks. Im not joking.

Yeah, but it’s improving faster and faster. It’s not good enough today but they are throwing trillions of dollars at it. My bet is it’s gonna happen.

It's not improving at near the rate people say.
I was an early adopter of Chat GPT. I started using it in Dec '22/Jan'23. I use it often. I use Claude when I want to really get stuff done.
There's been substantial improvement, but it's just....under-delivering.

It saves time summarizing, it might catch grammar mistakes, and it can tell you where to look to find something. It's absolute shite at creating. Even web design, it's just not good. You can see when AI has created logos or put together a marketing campaign. It can't tell you accounting standards with any sort of accuracy. It gives a vague idea, but usually it's just flat out wrong.
Professional AI models are much more advanced.
